Working as a Lecturer in Surgery from last seventeen years in Govt. Ayurvedic College, Nanded, Nagpur & Osmanabad. Research in Urethral stricture from 1992 to till continue. More than 900 patients were treated by this method and got 100% results. Patients from abroad also treated successfully. Research work was accepted by NISCAIR and published in Indian Journal of Traditional Knowledge (IPC Int.Cl7 : A61K35/78; A61K25/00; A61P13/02; A61P13/00).

Research paper presented in MASICON surgeons conference and many national and international conferences. This research work shows better results as compare to present common techniques and could prove a blessing to the patients of urethral stricture (Mutra Marga Sankoch)
